British Heart Foundation run challenge

British Heart Foundation would like to share a brilliant new running challenge coming up in 2021 to celebrate their 60th Anniversary.

Can you run 6000 miles, as a club or team next year? We ask that those who take part raise £60 (to mark the 60th Anniversary) – if they raise this much or more they will receive a certificate and if a club raises over £2,500 they can provide free CPR training to your team or members.

Thanks to everyone for your support with the booking process.

Aged 18-30? Run over Hengistbury Head? Can you help a BU student with a project?

We have been contacted by a BU student who is looking for runners aged 18-30 to help with a survey about running at Hengistbury Head. If this is you, please contact Gemma via gemma.wellings@hotmail.co.uk

The questions in the study are around why people run at Hengistbury, whether they prefer road running or trail running and whether they feel any benefits of running in nature.
