We are very excited at Littledown Harriers to invite you to our Beginners Group. We love our running and want you to share in the fun and joy of running, too. We all know that there are huge benefits to running, such as improved health and a general feeling of well being. It is also a great stress buster.
Whether you’re an absolute beginner, returning to running or just want to get fitter you will find a warm welcome waiting…so join us any Tuesday. Sessions are specifically designed with support and guidance available from qualified coaches. The minimum age to run with us is 16.
