Beginners and New Runners

If you are coming along to run with us for the first time and try us out, or are hoping to run with us as a one-off whilst on holiday in Bournemouth, please contact us first to let us know, and also fill in our emergency contact form here.

Littledown Harriers are proud to offer Couch to 5k courses on Tuesdays* at different points throughout the year, which help non-runners, or runners returning from injury, go from Couch to 5k. Following on from this there will be a 5k to 5 mile program to help participants integrate into the clubs main sessions. Throughout the year we aim to have 2 x 9 week schedules which help you build up to that target. To guide you, we have a team of friendly, supportive and experienced coaches to help you every step of the way at your pace.

Come down and join us at 7pm on Tuesday or Thursday at the back of the Littledown Centre just past the 5 a side pitches and by the park.
