An update on COVID-19
As per the guidance from England Athletics, there will be no club activity at all (this includes training, racing, social events and C25K sessions) until at least 31st May 2020. We urge all members to adhere to social distancing and Government guidelines at this time, and we will update further once more information becomes available. The Littledown Centre remains closed.
Cancellation of Club Races 2020
Sadly, Littledown Marathon & Half Marathon (14th June) and Littledown 5 (27th September) will all be cancelled for 2020. Entries for the marathon and half will be deferred to the 2021 date or refunded, Littledown 5 had not yet opened for entries but should be back on as normal in 2021.
Cancellation of internal Club Championship 2020 and Dorset Road Race League 2020
The LH Club Championship competition for 2020 and the Dorset Road Race League (DRRL) will also both unfortunately be cancelled this year. There may be the possibility of a smaller internal club competition later in the year depending on if/when we get back to racing, more details will follow on that as and when applicable.
