‘’Well, we
went and mission accomplished!!! With
Gold Medals for our ladies team…Kathy also won bronze for 3rd W50
and Mandy won bronze for 3rd W40 ....WOW! and it was
Mandy’s first attempt at that distance!!!
We had a good, fun time. It was very windy and tough out there but we
are "Hardy Harriers” ...a message to our ladies, although this race
is deemed to be very special within the ‘Masters’, there are so many
other great ’low key’ races (ones not in the DRR League or our own
Club Championship). It would be so much fun if we could get teams and
team prizes, also such good training for others which are league or
champ races. So come on, lets get information flowing on from these,
share the travel, lots of fun, new races and places to see GO FOR
IT!!! ’’
