30 minutes before the
start it felt like England being hit by a monsoon, but at 5 to 11 the
sun started to fight back resulting in a fully sunny race. The wind was
challenging, especially on the back straight of the final stadium lap.
And a special “thank you”
to all the club members who helped Bournemouth Joggers marshalling
instead of running.
