Report:
What a superb turn out!! 29 Harriers in total, 12 of which were the
"pretty ones"
As you will have seen there were many, many great performances at all the
distances. That was a real tuffeeeeeee to say the least but we all
conquered and returned safe and sound and happy, I’m sure. Well done to
Nikki in coming 1st in the 20k, Tracey and Janet coming 1st in their
respective age cats. Not sure if prizes were given but when we race its a
bonus to be recognised as a winner, but as we are all aware, winning is
only a small part of the day, taking part, enjoying and being part of such
a lovely friendly and supportive club, is the best part of all. Hev

Report:
The results from
yesterday speak volumes about the strength of running at Littledown
Harriers these days. But the real stories always sit behind the times and
positions - determined people who have/are recovering from, or
overcoming - illness/injury and set backs. It inspires me!
Outstanding performances
across the board on a lovely sunny day in a race with wonderful scenery.
Tough racing, great support from fellow Harriers, a lot of fun and
laughter - for me, yesterday was what being part of a running club is all
about. Too many individual heroes to single anyone out so very well done
to every runner -months and months of sweat and effort goes into what was
achieved.
