Littledown Harriers meet every Tuesday and Friday evening at 7.00pm at the Littledown Centre in Bournemouth. There are usually several runs of varying distances and abilities also dedicated sessions for speed work, hills and marathon training. Ideally new runners will be able to run for 5-6 miles. Whenever possible we take full advantage of the many off-road tracks and varied terrains in the area, as well as the popular on- road routes along the sea front.

Have a look at typical training runs.

We compete in many local races, organise trips to other races outside the immediate area. Littledown Harriers also organise their own race: The Littledown 5.

If you would like to join our friendly club then come along to one of our training sessions, have a run and talk to a member of the committee.
